Done at the registration stage itself, based on participants' responses - no separate submission round.
Each selected delegate receives a company dossier and a private role brief with individual objectives, gets 30 minutes to align strategy, then takes part in a ~2-hour live boardroom simulation - proposing and defending solutions, negotiating with fellow board members and driving the team toward consensus under time pressure.
